    Description

    Up for sale is a Yamaha PX-2 Linear Tracking Quartz Locked Turntable Solid Metal Audiophile Unit!!!  These things come up so infrequently, they are very rare and highly collectible, considered one of the best linear turntables ever created.
    This unit is in working condition but it is missing a couple of pieces that will need to be replaced: the headshell, cartridge, counterweight, and dust cover.  All buttons work, the turntable spins, all lights work, etc...  You can use the buttons to manually adjust where the arm drops or the presets.  You don't have to touch the arm at all.  It comes just as photographed, and has minimal to light signs of use throughout with nothing major.  No big scratches or anything like that.
    It is very solid in construction and quite heavy, measuring in at approximately 19" wide, 17" deep, and 5" tall.  It weighs in at over 30 pounds for just the unit itself.  I will be sure to package this VERY CAREFULLY for transport so no damage shall occur in transit with a double box method as well as plenty of styrafoam!
    There are 3 bolts on the bottom that will be in place for transport as this locks the arm in place so no damage can occur.  Be sure to remove these three bolts before using!  They're easy to spot, they stick out quite prominently.
