Don, Thanks so much for this awesome tool! I co-chaired a charity BBQ where we smoked and pulled over 2300 pounds of Boston Butts. I was told was that I should allow for between 30-60 minutes for each Butt in order to get the meat pulled and packed. With the two pullers I ordered we averaged under a minute to pull each of the 200+ Butts. No Sharp knives or burned finger. We even used the pullers to mix up the sauce in 5 gallon buckets! I have to share a video of one of the guys using the puller for the first time. He was one of the crew who was pulling last year by hand. You can see the video on YouTube at:

I just received this yesterday. Very fast shipping! I just finished pulling 10 butts in under a minute or two. I am truly amazed! It pulled it perfectly and evenly! This is remarkable. I can’t believe how fast and easy it is to shred a large smoke pork roast. So much faster than using forks. The service is great also. Don is great to work with. I’d recommend this product to anyone.
