    Description

    This is a new indium tin oxide sputtering target, composition is 90% In2O3 and 10% SnO2 by weight, in other words, the material commonly called ITO. It is 99.99% pure. The size is 43 diameter x 0.1" thick, and comes indium-bonded to a copper backing plate. It also comes with a certificate of analysis.
