    Description

    This is a cobalt-manganese-silicon Heusler alloy sputtering target (Co2MnSi), 99.9% pure.
    The dimensions are 2.00" diameter x 3mm thick.
    It has some surface defects as seen in the photo, but this is typical of a fully reacted arc-melted Heusler alloy. It has been bonded to a copper backing plate and is fully warranted.
