UPDATE: these are now shipping with a rubber port plug to put in place when you are using probes so you can plug the hole of you would like. Not much smoke escapes anyway but I've started adding them for those who would like one to use.
You are buying ONE Brand new adjustable smoker probe port. these are larger than normal size and should fit up to 5 or maybe even 6 cables through them. they can be tightened down to seal up around the probe cables.

there are instructions all over on how to install these ports, drill a 1/4" pilot hole then use a step bit to drill the corresponding port size hole and then mount it up. super easy and a great upgrade!!
